I’m delighted to announce I will be speaking at Soundboard, a cross-functional online marketing conference on July 16. I will be speaking on customer journey mapping. A customer journey map is a strategic tool for capturing and presenting key insights into the complex customer interactions that occur across experiences with a product, service, brand or ecosystem. This process helps organizations understand and improve their customer experience.
